We reduced the lead time:
Thanks to our progressive coaching of the teams, the company has become more reactive in the market, by reducing the time it takes to deliver solutions to users by a factor of four.
We also reduced the cycle time:
Thanks to continuous improvement, the removal of dependencies, and better focus, the teams where able to divide the time spent on requests by six, allowing for more experiments, to ensure the right response to the market.
Best coordination between teams:
Thanks to the implementation of Squads, the teams were able to reappropriate their own scopes, gain visibility on their own products, and increased efficiency in managing dependencies between teams, without disturbing the ecosystem.
Description of the activities
- Support and coaching of a first agile pilot team (devs, PO, experts and stakeholders) to design, implement and deploy a marketplace
- Successive support of three other teams, including one on 1-week iterations (animation and fast learning of Scrum)
- Facilitation of group workshops about initiation to agility (theoretical and practical)
- Active participation in a team of agile referents, then in a community of Scrum masters aiming to support eight Squads
