How long does support last?
There are two possible approaches. We will work with you to clarify your needs and define your objectives. Depending on our progress and the achievement of our objectives, we will adapt them to go as far as you wish. Either for a defined period of time or for a long-term collaboration. We can work together on a one-off basis or on a long-term basis.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both approaches are possible, I am comfortable with both. I can easily travel within central Alsace, but I can also travel further afield on an ad hoc basis, depending on requirements.
Do you work with managers?
Yes, no one is left behind. Depending on the context, I adapt my approach so that the whole boat is moving in the same direction. It is not a question of going against the tide, but rather of bringing about alignment and strong collaboration.
Is it suitable for a small team?
Absolutely. Ambition does not depend on the number of people involved or the size of a team. In smaller teams, changes are more impactful, more rapid, and there is sometimes less inertia. This makes it easier to see more quickly whether or not you are heading in the right direction.
